Simply peel off and replace with a new abrasive sanding strip by removing the adhesive backing, place in the centre of the strap turn upside down and apply pressure on a hard flat surface to ensure the emery tape is firmly attached.
Once smooth feet are achieved, maintaining them takes minimal effort and a strip could last for weeks.
